Processing, Production & Shipping Times

After placing your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing. You will receive a notification with your tracking number via email when your order is shipped.

As each apparel is made to order, production usually takes around 2 business days. The production time may vary for each order due to various factors - the time of year (holiday seasons), product availability, order size (12 or more items), post-production quality check etc.

Once shipped, the estimated shipping times in Australia and USA generally takes up to 3 to 10 business days to most metro areas and may take longer to remote areas from the date of shipment (approximately 20 business days). Delivery times can also be affected by extreme weather event or a public emergency.
