Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Eligibility for a Replacement or Refund

You are eligible for a replacement or full refund under the following circumstances:

  • The item you received is defective.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • You received an incorrect item.

How to File a Claim

  1. To start a claim, you can contact us at hello@theprinceofpeaceicon.com with the subject line "Claim Request - Order #[Order Number]".
  2. Include the following in your email:
    • Your order number.
    • A brief description of the issue.
    • Photos as described above.
  3. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 48 hours.

Resolution Options

Once your claim is approved, you will have the option to:

  • Receive a replacement item (subject to stock availability).
  • Receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • We cannot accept returns on sale items (unless faulty). Refund will be offered.
  • We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or buyer's remorse.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
  • For refunds, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (No longer than 10 business days).
  • No refunds can be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Returns address will be specified in the reply email from our team.
